Halloween in Waukesha

***UPDATED

Halloween is coming up quickly and with it falling on a Thursday this year, it's almost like we get two weekends of costumes and parties.

I am seeing information surface about spots in Waukesha having festivities for the spooky day and I want to share that with you all.

It looks like the majority of the events are taking place on Saturday, October 26, which means I will have to miss them this year. I am joining my friends for their 2nd annual Halloween party. Last year we were the cast of Once Upon a Time
This years is a Villain" themed party where we will partake in spooky treats and eats, vampire games (drinking games) and other batty fun. And as always, we will do all this safely!

The graveyard taco dip is returning as it was a party favorite.

And you can't have a party with me without jello shots!

Additional treats this year include spiked pear cider, celery mummies, drunken ghost gummies, spooky pasta salad, zombie eye balls (ham & pickle rolls), human fingers (lil smokies) and zombie flesh dip (bagel dip) amongst other goodies. Aren't my friends creative with the names of the treats? :)

I'll have a follow-up post on all the goodies with pictures of course.

  2. Halloween in Waukesha looks absolutely outstanding. The food is very tempting. I also would be hosting a weekend post Halloween bash and feeling super excited for it. At the local event venues Chicago I would host this party and for all of the guests I have just made themed masks. I am sure it is going to be so much fun.
